Residents of Lower Mid-City and surrounding neighborhoods are welcome to call and make an appointment with Meredith Harper, the Case In-take Manager, in regards to our case management program.  Our office at 2307 Bienville Street is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. t o 2:00 p.m. The office phone number is (504) 322-3327 and the fax number is (504) 754-7545.

At Phoenix of New Orleans, we do out best to meet all the needs of our clients. However, we realize that we are not always able to do it all (and that attempting to wouldn’t be the most effective use of our abilities). That’s why we have a network of rebuilding and community organizations to which we are able to refer clients. If you are looking for help along your road to rebuilding, please do not hesitate to contact our Case In-take Manager, Meredith Harper, at 504-208-4821.
